Within industrial operations, Sam solves data gravity and connectivity challenges across distributed facilities, from well pads and pipelines to refineries and control rooms, by deploying Edge AI, computer vision, and domain-specific models for real-time decision support. He also shapes high-impact “BTU-to-GPU” initiatives, architecting behind-the-meter responsible load data centers that combine onsite generation, microgrids, cooling, and accelerated compute to power AI factories, modernize infrastructure, and enforce Zero Trust OT cybersecurity.
